80 Riviera Dr

While a lot of homes spend their list price on bigger, this home aims for caliber and class instead.

Unlike almost every new build, there’s a proper entry hallway here. It’s a tasteful departure from typical, so I’m awarding brownie points.

The living space has two focal points: The electric fireplace wrapped in shiplap and the glistening white kitchen.

A kitchen of this caliber sub-$300k is quite impressive. We have quartz counters on an extra-long shiplap island with plenty of storage underneath.

There's also color-adjustable under-cabinet lighting, and a tile backsplash.

The primary is a practical size, and while it won't blow anyone's mind, it feels especially private thanks to the elevation change and trees at the rear of the lot.

The ensuite manages to squeeze two sinks, a soaking tub, and shower into a compact space which leaves room for a very sizable walk-in closet.

Hanging racks, shelves, and drawers. I’m happy.

The two guest rooms make space concessions. There's simply no way around it.

Despite space constraints, we do have room for a proper laundry room with a counter and place to hang clothes. A unique find for a home this size.

The covered patio has a tongue and groove ceiling. There’s also a nicely sized deck. The elevation change makes it seem like we're in the trees—a neat sensory trick.
