38 Emerald Row

If I had one word to describe this home, that word would be: YES!

Between the attached garage and the front door, we get the most adorable courtyard.

The brick facade is classy, but nothing says timeless elegance like an old gas lantern above the front door.

The inside has been renovated with impeccable taste, including the kitchen.

Quartz counters, bar seating, on-switch under-cabinet lighting, along with hidden and display storage—it all looks great together.

The addition of more display storage at the rear of the kitchen expands our options.

You don’t need a tape measure to tell that the ceilings in the living room are TALL.

There’s a fireplace, built in cabinetry, and back patio access.

The primary also features patio access.

Upstairs, a small flex area overlooks the living room. The iron railings keep the classy aesthetic. Note the interior Bamaha style window shutters at the top of the living room.

There are two bedrooms upstairs, one larger than the other. The larger features access to a private balcony.

Private balconies have a tendency to be narrow recesses in the structure, but this one is a proper lengthy deck.

It has views overlooking the canebrake golf course.

The home sits just across the street from the pickleball courts.

And, it is just one home from the community pool.

Emerald row is really less of a home and more of an experience—on which I’m sold.
